Journelle accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as adhesive bras and opened hosiery are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid UPS shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
